[ILUG] web server set up

Hi folks, i'm trying to set up a simple webserver using my SuSE 10.0 pc & a
Zyxel Prestige modem connected to IOL.
I opened an account with DNYDNS.com & registered a name eg,
abcd.homelinux.net. I have set up the adsl modem to forward port 8080 to my
SuSE pc @ 192.168.1.10 & allowed http & https services in the SuSE firewall
setup. Apache is set up to listen on port 8080. The problem is that if i try
to look at my site from another pc on my network by putting
www.abcd.homelinux.net in the add bar of the browser i get the admin login
screen of the modem. I even tried using one of the web site checker sites &
the same result. What am i doing wrong?
Any help with this one would be appreciated.

TIA.
         Pat
