[ILUG] Bugzilla attachment problem / IPCOP

[ILUG] Bugzilla attachment problem / IPCOP

Hi All,
I've set up a Bugzilla (2.22) system and I'm having problems
'sending' attachments to existing bugs from desktop browsers.

As a background, I have an IPCOP (1.4x) which has 3 Nics:

  External
	|
DMZ - (Bugzilla and other web servers)
	|
  Internal

The Bugzilla system is in the DMZ with port 80 open to the Internet, etc and
Apache, MySQL & Bugzilla are on the same box.

When you try to attach a file > 64K to a bug you instantly get a 'The
connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.' error (in
Firefox).

---
What works:
IE on a system in the DMZ
Firefox on another system in the DMZ

What doesn't work:
IE or Firefox on systems in the Internal network
IE or Firefox on systems on the Internet
---

Now I know about the 'allow large attachments' so I've checked the usual
suspects in Bugzilla; 'maxattachmentsize' in localconfig &
'max_allowed_packet' in MySQL

And I _CAN_ attach large files to bugs while in the DMZ, so it looks like
the problem is somehow with IPCOP. However normal HTTP (and HTTPS) traffic
works to / from the DMZ in to the other zones and the rest of the Bugzilla
system seems to be working fine (graphing, etc). Only with attachments.

I assume that Bugzilla only uses port:80 and will use other 'localhost'
ports to send attachments to the DB. Are there any other ports needed to be
opened to the client?

Does IPCOP have any issues along these lines that I should know about?

I've tried the Bugzilla documentation & Google but nothing seems to jump out
as the cause.

Any ideas people?
