I've never used procmail for this, but i have used maildrop and it works
perfectly with virtual users. If delivery alone is your concern, then
the postfix "virtual" transport should do it.

If you want seperate filters for each user, and you dont care about
procmail in particular or you run out of patience trying to get it to
work, maildrop is definitely worth a shot though i seem to remember
needing a recent version of it (i'm using debian unstable with
courier-maildrop version 0.53.1-0.1)
