[ILUG] Looking for Python program to input data

Dear gurus,

Does anyone have a nice simple program in python
which gives a graphical page for inputting an inventory,
with about 12 "columns" for each item?

Basically, I'd like to see a form with places to enter
12 named items, Serial No, Price, etc.

I can deal with the data once it is saved (using MySQL).

Is there actually any kind of standard, or semi-standard, Python program
for doing this?
As will be apparent, I am not very familiar with Python.
I was hoping it would go away, but it seems I will be disappointed ...
