There's also instant rails for windows, with everything you need to get
started with out the hastle,
and a OSX equivalent which I can't remember right now.

I dont think there's a Linux equivalent at the moment. And apt-get install
rails on Ubuntu only installs rails itself.
It doesnt configure it for Apache or it's DB connection, you need to do
that yourself.

I would only recomend rails if you want to develope stuff on it yourself,
looking for a CMS I'd stick to something with PHP.
