[ILUG] Excluding a package from apt update

[ILUG] Excluding a package from apt update

Right have fixed my last apt mistake,

I was wondering how to exclude a particular package from being updated by apt. I have added the follwoing entry

// never update the packages in this list
Unattended-Upgrade::Package-Blacklist {
//	"vim";
    "binutils";
};

to my /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/50unattended-upgrades but it still tries to update biutils when I run apt-upgrade or the auto update thingy in dapper.

Thanks
Jason
