[ILUG] FTP, SSL & firewalls

The box already had Apache 2 on it, so WebDAV went on nicely and seems to
work fine (I followed this:
http://www.debian-administration.org/articles/285). Now I just need to get a
cheap usable Win32 client. WebDrive is nice, but it's $79....
