I have two boxes, each running the same disro. and kernel, and about
the same workload (one is a standby for the other). But yet I have this
on the active box:
Filesystem Type 1M-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda5 ext3 17319 15801 638 97% /
and this on the standby:
Filesystem Type 1M-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/md0 ext3 17319 16049 1271 93% /
The active box has just been rebooted, so the mystery missing space
shouldn't be a question of deleted file blocks still in use, or an
application preallocating loads of space. Anything else I should look
for?
Note primary box IS scheduled for replacement, but needs to go on for a
little bit longer, and disk space is becoming an issue.
