Hi Phil,
I'm using Novel's OO 2.0, the panel docks when the mouse pointer is
over the [separator bar,sidebar of window]. Quirky I grant you but not
unreasonable, if you are in full screen mode you have to push the panel way
off screen sometimes depending on where you picked up the titlebar.
