I've actually bought the machine.
I'm sure my need is greater than yours,
as my second-best Sony Picturebook just died, this very morning.
(My best Picturebook passed away some months ago,
and is currently undergoing a post mortem.)
My second-best machine has developed a clicking disease,
for which I believe there is no cure except a disk transplant.
But I'd love to hear that all you have to do
is press Ctrl-Alt-F13 and intone a magic incantation.
Is there anything worse to hear than "No operating system found"?
