One way in which it's bad for ILUG is that it soaks up peoples' volunteer
time that could be spent to better benefit elsewhere in the linux
community. That assumes, of course, that people will bother to do other
stuff if there is not an Expo or similar to galvanise them. You'll note
just how galvanised people are getting over Expo...
