When looking here http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/releases/dapper/ we 
find it does not exist yet.
So I imagine look again soon
OR ;-)
Install ubuntu dapper flight 5 and add sudo apt-get install 
kubuntu-desktop, you'll be as up to date as you can be.
