eGroupware, as any other application suite, covers general aspects of
each module. The CMS and Project Management are good enough for average
needs.
If your business requires a lot from PM module you can either try
KProject or, if you have PHP knowledge, you can tailor it for your
needs. Same applies to other components.

I have found other posts recommending some interesting products. I would
suggest to try them and evaluate what suites your requirements. It may
happen to have a blend instead of a single product.
