Hi Tim,

I am comfortable to exchange some ideas if you are running Oracle 8i or 
newer. No problems with other DB, but in this case local DBA will be a 
valuable resource.

I have nothing against Java, the primary programming skill of most of my 
colleagues. I would choose PHP, Python or Ruby.
