I use Blacknight - http://www.blacknight.ie - they have this very cheap 
package:

ONLY €2.92/month
» 100 MB space
» 3GB Monthly Transfer
» 50 Email Accounts
» Frontpage 2003
» 24/7 FTP access

Hosting365 - http://www.hosting365.ie have a similar package from €3.75 
per month.

Both are reputable Irish companies.
