Hello all,
I'm looking for a good guide to the differences between Solaris and Linux.
I'm specifically looking for differences from a system administration
point of view,
not from a "Solaris is better than Linux because..." or "Linux is
better than Solaris because..."
(Trying to be a nice guy and head off the inevitable flamewars...)
For exampke, a paper that highlights the differences between
rpm/apt-get vs. the Solaris packages subsystem, or the differences
between Kickstart on Linux and Jumpstart on Solaris. etc....
Any help appreciated...
Thanks,
Braun
