Again, I would like to stress that this does not apply to Google's
technical recruiting staff; we have regular detailed discussions with
the recruiters regarding the requirements for our technical
positions, and give considerable feedback on many CVs in order to
refine the process. I want to get as close as possible to the ideal
whereby no useful skills are overlooked and no useless tossers get
through to waste interviewers' time...
