[ILUG] OT: A university degree is required. Why?

Maybe all com-sci folks should start off in techsupport, coz thats  
just soooo ridiculous.....

Dont blame you Kae, my wife calls me all the time for support, and to  
be honest, she is way more clued in that the above! I really enjoy it  
when she calls me though.

1. Because I love her &
2. Because she laughs it all up as much as I do.

Yesterday I had: "I cleaned up my "cookies" and other "clutter" from  
my desktop (NT4), then I emptied the bin. How do I get the files  
back......"
Today I had the BSOD :-0
