Yeah, same here (I don't have any qualifications), she enjoys saying she is
more qualified than me now that she has an ECDL.

Her: I can't logon to the internet
Me; What do you mean you can't logon to the internet?
Her: I can't read my mail
Me: How are you trying to read it?
Her: I just clicked on the menu
Me; What menu?
Her: The start menu
Me: What did you click on the start menu?
Her: Internet Explorer
Me; What happend then?
Her: I can't logon to the internet
Me: I don't know what you mean by "I can't logon to the internet"
Her: Getting irritated
Me: What happens when you try to connect to the mail server (I realise now she
is talking about webmail)
Her: It says it cannot connect
Me: Checks server at home (can't connect), oh DSL is down or something
Her: Thats great!, hangs up (It's my fault obviously)
