I've heard variatons along the lines of “helicopter pilots
flying jets in formation”.
I've no idea about Sony, but in some Big Corp.'s a unit
that is not doing too well is effectively subsidised by
the units that are doing grand. hence, boycotting just
the “evil” bits may be not be as effective as a general
boycott (barring exceptional events like a total collapse
in the unit's sales &tc).
and this is definitely OT (IMHO).
