It details the Itanium hardware -

   "Dell 7250 Itanium (which is a dual 1.5Ghz with 32GB of RAM)"

And then in the conclusion:

   "The T2000 is one very impressive piece of kit, and at a list price of
    around €15,000 ($16,995), costs less than half of the price of the
    dual Itanium we’ve been benchmarking it against (it’s also less than
    I can price up a comparable X86 box for - seems to be the memory that
    does it)."
