No idea where you got that firmware from, but its not tested or even  
supported.
Downloaded from adaptec to get better perf?

2.8.1. Build 6098 is what you should be running :

And the aacraid driver should be 1.1.4, not 1.1.2.

Don't use 1.1.5 as I've seen issues with it. Wot-e-ver.
