It's a 4 channel PATA controller, so I doubt there's anything new about it.
I have literally turfed the controller in the box, installed FC5 and tried
it out.
I will try patching the box if that will make a difference.
I'm just using the standard driver that came with the linux kernel.

Sorry, only just saw FC5 now.
Whats the megaraid driver version though -> there are a few and not all will
work with newer controllers.
