I beg to differ. I went to the effort of getting Xgl and compiz  
working on a test box running SuSE 10.1 and although moving windows  
flickering in the wind is cute, it gets old quickly. Similarly,  
although cube transitions are cute, they too get old quickly and when  
the price of cube transitions from desktop to desktop is no longer  
having my desktop pager, you can stick your cube transitions where  
the sun don't shine.

Do you see the "About this list :" link at the bottom of this email  
(and every other email from ILUG) ? Go there and find the section  
about changing your options (bottom of the page).
