Although it's not at all clear that the incoming secretary should have
been keeping records, given that the chair of the meeting was not
handed over to the incoming chair, the last of the motions I proposed
was "That non-member posts to ILUG lists will be moderated for the
purpose of reducing spam". I believe that's also the motion that was
voted on, and deemed carried by the (outgoing) chair.
