[ILUG] New Mailing List Motion

That the ILUG mailing list be closed to subscribers 

This will eliminate the 200-or-so-email threads that occur every time an
individual mentions the S word beloved of Monty Python, the inane
discussions on whether the mailing list header should exist (it's very
hard to eyeball an X-Header in a From/Subj/Date listing) and other mad
discussions.

Anyone wishing to discuss matters pertaining to Linux use in Ireland
should already know the main corpus of people who will be interested and
email / contact them directly.
