The current version of mailman supports 'topics'. Subscribers can
unsubscribe from particular topics on their membership settings page.
Topic 'NM' for non member would appear as:
[ILUG][NM] subject
rather than
[ILUG] subject
for ordinary posts. Would it be difficult to assign non-member posts to
the 'NM' topic?
