Greetings all

Central Databank are looking to hire a customer support engineer on a 
contract basis with an immediate start. The job is primarily a 2nd level 
support position interacting with external engineers via phone/email, 
and supporting sales activities. Additionally the position involves 
helping out with large site deployments and training of external sales 
and engineering staff.

We're looking for someone with the following skills:

    * Linux. Red Hat ES/CentOS and Debian in particular.
    * Windows 2000/2003 server
    * IP networking
    * Backup applications & concepts
    * Troubleshooting & diagnostics of Linux, Windows & network issues

Significant previous experience interacting with clients in a pre- and 
post-sales situation is a requirement. The salary is negotiable 
depending upon experience, level of expertise etc. The position is 
Dublin based, but involves travel, so the applicant must have their own 
car. A company mobile phone & laptop will be supplied.
