Hi Caolan & all.
I went ahead with the install - it bombed after a few minutes reporting
that rpm's were corrupt..
No harm done as pc was/is brand new and disk is empty (apart from Win
XP :-) )...
I'll try a geographically close alternative mirror...
Any ideas as to why hea mirrors are sometimes corrupt?
