[ILUG] Peculiar behaviour when replying to mail on this ML

Reply-to for the ILUG list is set to the original poster, not to the  
whole list.

The rationale is that an email mistakenly sent to one person instead  
of an entire list is easily corrected, whereas an email mistakenly  
sent to an entire list instead of one person is not.
