Yes, that is my issue, the first prod box is running a 2.6.16 from
Debian and is currently running 5 VMs without complaining.
The second is a testing box which has been running all xenified debian
kernels up to 2.6.17-2 which was just showing erratic behavior, so
decided to give up after that ...
