This is one of the downsides of having a widely-published list  
address.  Our spam removal rate is better than 99.9%, but some still  
slips through.  I'm continually working to improve the rate, but real  
spam volumes are increasing pretty dramatically.  Short of moderating  
the list (which I've historically been unwilling to do) or using a  
commercial antispam solutuion, there aren't many answers to the problem.
