Hi
I'm trying to setup a transparent proxy ( out of interest more than anything )
My network is 192.168.100.0 and my linux server is 192.168.100.100
running debian and squid
On the linux box, I set an IP tables rule to forward all 80 traffic to
3128 on itself and all other traffic goes to 192.168.100.1 (my network
gateway)
All clients's have a gateway of 192.168.100.100 (the linux box)
However, it doesnt work, no traffic comes through the proxy. Im just
wondering is this because of a class C network ? If i change my
network to a 10.10.10.0 network will it make it work ?
thanks
