Many of my issues with running Debian on the desktop which led to my brief
encounter with Ubuntu have been resolved and I am now running etch with much
satisfaction. The things I found nice about Ubuntu (like the grandmother
friendly software updates) are in Debian now too.
At least upgrades aren't so much of a problem :)
