[ILUG] jcdigita eximconfig relay not permitted

[ILUG] jcdigita eximconfig relay not permitted

I am in the process of setting up a home server for a family member. The
server is called firewall.house.ie, a client PC is called desk.house.ie
(both on an internal Class C network). The server will face the net via
sme broadband provider (yet to be decided) and is called
machine.dyndns.org (this host is set up but does not, as yet, point to the
server).

I'm running CentOS 4 with exim4 as MTA configured using
http://www.jcdigita.com/eximconfig/ . Problem is that it's rejecting
attempts to relay to or for user at machine.dyndns.org . If I connect on the
external interface and use:
rcpt to: me at firewall.house.ie

my message goes through for any sender, including it I claim to be
user at machine.dyndns.org . However, if I try to use

rcpt to: user at machine.dyndns.org

I get '550 relay not permitted'

I cannot send outbound at all.

I currently have the following entries in my /etc/exim/eximconfig/ files:

[root at firewall eximconfig]# grep -R house.ie *
config/hostname:firewall.house.ie
domains/local:firewall.house.ie
domains/local:desk.house.ie
domains/relay:firewall.house.ie
domains/relay:desk.house.ie
hosts/remote:*.house.ie
hosts/relay:firewall.house.ie
hosts/relay:desk.house.ie
route/relay:machine.dyndns.org firewall.house.ie

[root at firewall eximconfig]# grep -R machine.dyndns.org *
config/postmaster_forward:user at machine.dyndns.org
config/contact_address:postmaster at machine.dyndns.org
config/postmaster:postmaster at machine.dyndns.org
config/domainname:machine.dyndns.org
config/hostname:#machine.dyndns.org
domains/local:machine.dyndns.org
domains/relay:machine.dyndns.org
hosts/remote:machine.dyndns.org
route/relay:machine.dyndns.org firewall.house.ie

internal network is 192.168.25.0/24, mta is 192.168.25.1
[root at firewall eximconfig]# grep -R 192.168.25 *
hosts/local:192.168.25.1
hosts/smart:* 192.168.25.1
hosts/relay:192.168.25.1
hosts/relay:192.168.25.3

external address at the mo is 192.168.1.102, smart host is 192.168.1.1
[root at firewall eximconfig]# grep -R 192.168.1 *
route/relay:* 192.168.1.1

any thoughts?

Thanks,

Conor
