Btw: I guess according to your criteria, that:
http://www.sixxs.net/archive/sixxs/articles/
is more or less fine, as it shows byte size and a separate column for
KiB/MiB/GiB/TiB and also an MD5 hash and it does symlinks is okayish?
Except for wget/lftp note being present per default (both available for
win* btw)...
