[ILUG] Parse Error and Upgrade\Sidegrade

Q1:
Can someone tell me how to fix this parser problem?

This is the plugin seems to be having problems,
but google hasn't given me anything concrete, how to fix.
This is the only parse error I could find

dmesg and system logs dont' show anything with azureus included.

Q2:
Can you use Yum\Apt to sidegrade from say one distro to another without 
wiping drive,
ie FC6 to centOS 5?
