In one job I've had they used eGroupware and I liked it and installed it in my
next job. Generally I like it, but I always find some issues that over time
drive me mad. For example, characters beyond the basic ASCII are broken
between eGroupware and Kontact... like if one is UTF-8 and the other Extended
ASCII, not sure which one is at fault, both claiming to be fully UTF-8 (of
course, this is a problem only with Spanish names... French and Portuguese
would be problematic as well, but not English).
The other problem is that the wiki has many, many usability problems. I have
quite a high tolerance for usability problems in software I like and
eGroupware drove me totally crazy.
Beyond that, I really like eGroupware.
