OK the machine is now running Xbuntu 6.10, I can see the partitions. sda2 and sda5 seem to be the raid partitions. When I try to mount -t auto /dev/sda2 temp I am told that LVM2_volume is not a vaild file system.
How do I go about mounting these? any www links etc greatly received.
