Recently dump has started misbehaving on me. File system is 100% ok and
nothing major has changed here recently 
I am running FC6, can anyone shed light on this ?
I did not find out much that helped in a web search bit I did find a few
others that over the last few years have had the same problem 

Here's the extract from my log
