I don't think this is related to Eircom or your router. I have exactly
the same set up for our office and we have people accessing our server
via SSH both locally within Ireland and also from the UK with no issues.
If you can access it from Ireland you should be able to from abroad -
unless your Polish ISP blocks SSH traffic for some reason.
