Depends. If you're prepared to go into Wexford town there are a few places with Internet.
Also, there is a new WISP down that direction (can't remember the name right now) so your
chances are getting better.

Download putty to connect to an ssh server from Windows.

Yes. Start "screen" when you log into your home pc and run your job from within screen.
You can detach from screen and leave processes running.
You can then re-attach later and pick up where you left off.
