Im on Smart and its great. I have no problems what so ever. I wasnt even
affected by the famous outage, but they upgraded me to 6 Megs for 3 months
for free to say sorry.

Avoid Irish broadbands ripwave service. Breeze is ok, so long you are not in
a busy area. Before signing I would call Tech Support and ask them if the
area you are in has a stable mast or one that is loaded.
