Debian Etch 4.0. I was trying to get a script to run from crontab. I've
edited it several times and now cron doesn't seem to be running. I'm getting
the following from syslog:
Aug 13 17:22:53 usit-mail /usr/sbin/cron[15089]: (CRON) INFO (pidfile fd =
3)
Aug 13 17:22:53 usit-mail /usr/sbin/cron[15090]: (CRON) STARTUP (fork ok)
Aug 13 17:22:53 usit-mail cron[15090]: Error: bad hour; while reading
/etc/crontab
Aug 13 17:22:53 usit-mail /usr/sbin/cron[15090]: (CRON) INFO (Skipping
@reboot jobs -- not system startup)
This is my crontab...I can't see what is wrong with the syntax. Something
must be broken.
