Most of Magnet Business is the old Netsource business, no? Which is 
reselling Eircom. I'm a MagnetBusiness customer and it's most 
definitely delivered via Eircom anyway..

To back up Lisa's point: Getting your customer service from someone 
else (sane) who deals with Eircom regularly and in-bulk (e.g. 
Netsource^WMagnet), is low-pain (IME).
