Unfortunately everyone else depends too much on Comreg's good will to
public criticise.
I've personally been waiting since April for something and April the
year before for something else.
However eircom don't have a monopoly on Fibre, Cable or Wireless. But
with Dept almost quadrupled since last carpet baggers and a 3G Network
to roll out don't be expecting astounding copper infrastructure investment.
