Hello,
Following a disk crash, i had to reinstall my box at home and am now
trying to restore from an encrypted drive. I am using the same flavor
as the one which was installed before it crashed and I cannot see what
I am doing wrong.
The command failing : cryptsetup -y create mycrypt /dev/sdc1
kernel complains with :
device-mapper: table: 254:0: crypt: Error allocating crypto tfm
device-mapper: ioctl: error adding target to table
device-mapper: ioctl: device doesn't appear to be in the dev hash table.
and from the command line i get :
Command failed: device-mapper: reload ioctl failed: Invalid argument
Googling for it hasn't quite been helpful, any hint welcome.
