Actually it's worse - the last time I tried to order they inflicted a
retarded "security" check on me. Despite having ordered lots of stuff
from them in the past. They wouldn't ship the order till I did whatever
it was they wanted.

Yeah, they don't have phone numbers on their website as far as I know.
