It's odd, I had perfect experiences with a number of Irish companies
ordering from them for years only ordering items in stock and I'm not
sure if I ever returned anything! Everyone else had problems though
and I kept waiting for mine! This was the case right up to the point
maybe 3-4 years ago where suddenly I couldn't get any sort of phone
number or any response to how I could now order as an Irish business
despite a few attempts. Needless to say I haven't ordered from them
since though I'm currently tempted after having lost faith in their
replacement.
I believe they are now owned by BT and they have certainly launched
dabs.ie so things have obviously changed, but caveat emptor
