I think they have two different objectives,
static nat maps on a one-to-one basis:
(example 192.168.1.1 -> 151.1.1.1)
dynamic nat maps on a group basis:
(example 192.168.5.1 -> IPs_POOL)
which one is correct depends on what you need, what is your practical
case of use?
